What is D.O.R.I.S?

D.O.R.I.S is the Vale of Clwyd Mind’s mobile outreach vehicle. She has become well known at many rural locations and various events in rural Conwy and Denbighshire.

What Can D.O.R.I.S Do to Help Me?

Living in a rural area can be lovely, but it can also mean that it is difficult to access support. Vale of Clwyd Mind recognises this there has been a rise in self harm, eating disorders and stress / depression among its outlying countryside areas. Vale of Clwyd Mind exists to both prevent mental ill health and to support people who do develop problems, and helps them to move on.
